Several months ago, my NJ family and I decided to search for a property in Myrtle Beach, SC, Not knowing anyone, I happened on Olivia Russell. I spoke with Livy by cell and after a few short minutes had a very good feeling. Long story short, my wife and I made plans to meet with her to visit properties of interest. I gave her a list of 36 different properties to cover in 2 days. NOT once did she complain. In fact, prior to our arrival, she visited a few places and video’ed them to send to us. Never even once did she ever complain! We did not find a property during the visit, but even when we returned home to NJ she still persisted. Less than 2 weeks later, with her continued support, we found a property. We just settled on it earlier this week. However, one very notable item to point out was the Seller and their Realtor we were negotiating with made the transaction, a living MAJOR nightmare because they were not willing to work with us. We felt 100% believed that we had no chance of getting this property. Livy continued to encourage and work with us. There was never a question of trust with Livy. She never embellished anything or tried to have us spend more than we could afford.
